1.0 CONTENT
All listed prices are based on vehicles in "average" condition. Hi-Def Auto Detailing reserves the right to determine if a vehicle meets this standard following an on-site visual inspection. Pricing should be used as a guideline and not considered final. The actual price will be quoted after in-person inspection and mutually agreed upon before any work begins. Additional services may be recommended or requested.

This section contains disclaimers to clarify Hi-Def Auto Detailing’s services and scope of work. These disclaimers reflect our commitment to transparency and are intended to ensure clear communication with our customers. The client understands that Hi-Def Auto Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants or defects, including but not limited to upholstery stains, oil stains, chipped paint, cracked concrete, or siding stains.

2.0 INTERIOR DETAILS / CLEANING
Customers are asked to remove all personal items from their vehicle before their appointment. Hi-Def Auto Detailing is not liable for any lost items. Glove box interiors will not be cleaned, and contents will not be disturbed unless specifically requested after the removal of personal items.

If cleaning is needed under child car seats, customers are required to remove the seats before their appointment. Hi-Def Auto Detailing is not responsible for reinstalling child seats according to safety specifications.

Removing pet hair and sand is challenging, and complete removal is not guaranteed. While we strive for the best results, full elimination may not always be achievable.

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains or odors. We will make every effort to achieve the best results possible, but some upholstery and carpets may have permanent stains. Customers will be informed of what can and cannot be achieved with their vehicle's interior.

Hi-Def Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage to heavily soiled, stained, or worn components, including buttons, knobs, and other interior parts. Dirt, grime, and makeup may be so caked on that cleaning could result in the loss of labels or markings.

The headliner is cleaned gently to avoid damage. Due to the glue used, cleaning aggressively or with strong chemicals may cause the headliner to detach over time. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains in the headliner and recommend proceeding at the customer’s own risk.

3.0 EXTERIOR DETAILING / CLEANING
Hi-Def Auto Detailing does not provide paint repair or touch-up services and cannot be held responsible for existing paint issues or any that arise during or after cleaning.

Occasionally, hidden damage may only become visible after the cleaning process. We will inform the customer if this occurs.

Engine bays and sunroof/moonroof areas are only cleaned upon request. We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues that may occur as a result of these areas getting wet. Please ensure your vehicle is in good mechanical and electrical condition before cleaning, as we are not responsible for any issues arising afterward.

Baked-on brake dust may not be completely removable, either on the surface or deep within the wheel. In some cases, wheels may need repair or replacement.

Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar may cause chemical etching on the paint if left untreated for an extended period. Although we can attempt to remove these marks, full removal may not always be possible without risking damage to the clearcoat.

Exterior trim pieces may sometimes be beyond restoration and need replacement. We make every effort to restore plastic trim to its original color.

Any wax, sealant, or coating requires proper maintenance to achieve the intended durability. We recommend following safe hand-washing practices.

5.0 GENERAL
Upon check-in, customers should inform us of any parts or components that are already broken or are in poor condition. These areas will be treated with extra care during the cleaning process. If we identify any defective materials or loose parts during cleaning, we may not be able to clean them properly and will notify the customer.

The estimated arrival time for our mobile services may vary depending on weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will contact customers the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm, provide an estimated time of arrival, and check that weather conditions are suitable for us to work.

Hi-Def Auto Detailing may take photos or videos of vehicles for promotional purposes. Note: No personal information will be revealed.
