Why get your car detailed?:
Cluttered Car, Cluttered Mind
According to CarCare.net, “a lack of organization can elevate levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, resulting in feelings of fatigue, tiredness and depression. Conversely, people in organized environments reported greater feelings of energy and restfulness.”
Being surrounded by clutter can affect your mental health, causing mental exhaustion and increasing your stress levels. Most of us get into our cars every morning. Starting the day off in a dirty, cluttered space can cause irritation, anxiety and tension that will linger throughout the day.
We take the time to clean our home, but why not our cars? Treating the space inside our vehicles as an extension of our home or office opens a new perspective to the importance of having a clean interior.
